Love these curtains ! I have ordered twice & will definitely buy more. The backing keeps the heat / cool in. They look great and wash cold with cold water , no issues ! 5*****
Not blackout, but better than anything on the market

I so wanted to give this 5 stars but they are not blackout. In my pictures, I have a sun shield film on the window, blinds behind (one picture they are open, another closed), and a comparison with the same brand of curtain I bought at Target (the blue one).
However, I did try out almost every pink blackout curtain online and these are actually the best quality by far. What I'm going to do is buy 2 more panels (so 4 panels total) and I think all of the pleats will keep out enough light to satisfy me. It's just not enough to do one layer with these curtains.

Hang it outside first
But does it stink? Reviews for fellow sensitives. (Everyone else - please stop with the scented stuff. It hurts. Do you need it really?✓ Verified Purchase•September 5, 2023
The quality is better than expected and the olive color blocks the light well - I'm blocking streetlights at night, not sunlight. Washing 5 times with various products did absolutely nothing for getting the Amazon chemical stench out. I almost returned it, but hung them outside for a few days. Totally did the trick, even though they're polyester. After that, no smell/odor.
Item is as intended

Love that this curtain is thick, blacks out light and well made. We purchased it to hang on our kid's door as they sleep in their own room but do not like the door closed and or having it exposed and open.
The white curtains are not black out

I have these in my living room. I did not want to dim the living room but wanted to make sure no one can see thru these. They allow the sun in but they do seem to help keep suns heat from coming in. They also are solid so people can't see shadows from outside. They look nice and are just what I needed in my living room. You need to press them though as they hold the fold lines and do wrinkle. Not sure how washable they will be the lining seems to be plasticy. Hopefully they can be washed since I hate dusty curtains. Anyway they are good curtains for the price and look nice. They work well for me.
