I gave it 1 star for "scent" because you don't want to smell it! It's caustic and will burn your throat and nose if you inhale it. My plumber recommended this to me years ago and it has been great. Use it as directed and do not inhale the dry dust when filling the dispenser container or the reaction "fog" when adding the hot water. I wear an N95 mask or make sure I move out of the nearby area quickly. It will kind of "boil" up so funnel should be oversized to contain product and the hot water if you use it for a washing machine drain. Same price as at the plumbing supply store and delivery to my door. Can't beat that! Just use safely and it'll keep the drains flowing.
