This is perfect for using as my desk chair at work. Too much chair sitting was wearing on my back and this helps. Love having the bands to sneak in some arm work, too. Was extremely disappointed. The ball was extremely huge and even with the huge ball, the bands were long for you to get some tension in them. They provided you with a workout sheet in which I could not manipulate with the over large workout ball. Sadly disappointing.
