The bags were well constructed and would probably work great but the measurements are not close to being accurate

Bag description states 20 x 20 x 7 but the opening to the bag is a lot smaller than that. We purchased the bags to place food trays for a party that we purchased at a local store. The trays measured 18 x 18 x 4 inches but they wouldn't come close to fitting through the opening. The bags were well constructed and would probably work great but the measurements are not close to being accurate.
It's ok for small stuff

I used this for a grocery stop on my way to a hotel in Mexico. I didn't know how long the line at check-in would be, so I thought this bag would keep my groceries cold until I could get in my room and place in the fridge. The bag itself is durable, but the snap handle doesn't stay closed. I had a gallon of milk, meat, seafood, etc, and there was plenty of room, but the handle would not stay closed. It had very light snap together construction. Of course, with those heavy items I would never expect to carry the bag by the handle, but I would expect the handle to stay closed. If you can't keep the bag closed, you can't keep your goods cold or hot. Luckily I only had a 15 minute wait to get to my room and my goods were relatively cold when I took them from the bag and put away.
Have their purpose but considering the price are disappointing overall

It seems the only way to get a decent price on these is to buy them in bulk so that's why I bought these. I was just going to use one or two for trips to the grocery store and they work fine for that as long as you aren't going far, include a bag of ice or ice pack, and it's not a freaking 90-100 degrees out. Otherwise they do not keep food cold very long. Also, believe the reviews that mention how fragile these are. They look sturdy but are not. You have to be very careful of any sharp edges on the food you transport, such as the corners of milk cartons, edges of bacon packages or shrink wrapped meat with the sharp edges, especially anything heavy. Bottom line...they are a great concept and easy to use but in my opinion too expensive for how long they will hold up and the careful handling they require.
Since I have five of these I came up with an idea for a trip I was taking. I only needed to transport the food and wanted to save room in the car which usually has a third of the available space taken up by a cooler. They worked great for that as I was able to fit these in here and there instead of the big bulk of the cooler. Just make sure you use enough ice or ice packs and place where they won't be in direct sun if possible. This won't work for more than a half day's drive though, 4-8hrs.

Ok, but snaps are way too flimsy
Amazon Customer✓ Verified Purchase•April 24, 2017
It is good at keeping products cold or warm for a period of time. The big drawback is the flimsy fasteners to open & seal the bag. The fasteners are the plastic snap type where you have to line up all the fasteners to seal it, problem is it is a royal pain to try to line up all those fasteners just right and it usually takes some time to try to do that. So if you are in a hurry to want to try to seal this bag you're in for a disappointment; like I said, you will be there awhile trying to get them all to try to line up. Royal pain! Then if you have a number of items in the bag or it's heavy; the weight will cause the flimsy snaps to pop open, meaning you'll have the royal pain of having to take the time to line them all up just right all over again. You will find you will have to stick one hand under the bag as you carry it with the other if there are heavy food items in it so that it doesn't keep popping the flimsy snaps open. This company definitely needs to find a much better, quicker, and more reliable way to seal the bag then these flimsy snaps!
Super large bag that keeps food fairly warm but it sweats inside with condensation

This insulated bag does what we wanted. We are often on the go coming back from my son's hockey practice and at times it's later. We have about 10-15 mins to our home from the nearest fast food restaurant so we got tired of cold food after we get home. So I bought this bag to keep our food warm which it does pretty well for the most part. Not great but better than nothing. But one predictable thing is that condensation forms in the bag and you can't just put stow it away under the seat if don't want mildew forming in it. So I have to leave it out so it can air dry before we fold it up again. Other than that, it's a $12 bag. It is what is is. Let it dry overnight and fold it up the next day.
