My kids LOVE MadMattr. They will play with it for hours at a time. This is similar to kinetic sand, BUT is so much less messy, stays together better, molds well and holds it shape until you smash or stretch it. Buy a bag for each kid because they will all want their own. Then, settle down for some quality quiet time for yourself while they play!

What can I say? It's fun to play with when I need a break from the world. It holds its shape and isn't too grainy, doesn't leave any residue on my hands. You don't get a lot though, considering the price. Mine, all packed down, is about the volume of a soup can. Still fun to play with and could see getting it as a gift for others.

Considerably more in this package than in the first package I bought! My grandson loves this stuff--he can make little Lego-like bricks from it, with the molds. It's different than kinetic sand, so don't mix the two.

My kids all loved this (ages 12 to 7). It has such a unique consistency and is really fun to mold. It is great because it doesn't dry it. My kids left it out overnight and it was still just as soft the next day. I will definitely be buying the other colors.
