Great Product

First time I had to use one of this braces but it works great. I play Pickleball and recently started having elbow pain. This brace really help keep fatigue from the elbow therefore aliviating the pain during playing time. The only issue with the vendor is that I ordered black color and they send me blue. But it's all good.

I originally gave this product a negative review based on the bulkyness of the strap. After wearing it for a while I've changed my opion. Because the strap is narrower than my previous brand, I find it's cooler to wear for long periods of time. Although, when playing tennis, I think my previous brand offers more protection. So, I wear this one throughout the day to calm my tendins when they are inflamed and it doesn't make my arm hot and sweaty like my other brand.
Isolated bicep exercises are tolerable again

Im in my late 30's and have had issues with tendinitis throughout the years, primarily in my left arm. I weight train regularly but my isolated bicep exercises and even setting up for heavy dumb bell presses have been lagging because of pain. Before this product I used a compression sleeve that slightly helped but I stumbled across this one day when I was doom scrolling. It's inexpensive and I figured it would be worth a shot.

I used it yesterday during a full body split and ended with some isolated arm exercises. The tendon pain was there but lessened and I was able to do the work I wanted to do. The strap stayed in place for the most part even when I was dripping with sweat. I'm pretty satisfied.

Had a bad car accident which ended up turning into tennis elbow, this has by far been the best working band I have tried highly recommended instant relief.
They'd be perfect if only....

.....they didn't make my arm itch after moderate to long wear. And when I say "itch," I DO mean ITCH! This may not be the case for all, or even most necessarily. I've had such bad trouble with itching since I was 50 or so. I'm 68 as of this writing. The other problems I've had were never associated with the kind of fabric I was wearing, which this itch seems like it must be related to that. But my body was making too much histamine due to a reaction to medicine I was taking. OTC anti-histamine fixed that problem on the first try, which almost never happens to me. So I added Xiidra to my medicine regimen and all has been well as far as that problem is concerned ever since, which I would say has been 3 to 4 years now, maybe as many as 5 years. So back to the strap....

The strap takes a little getting used to. If you wear it too tight it can make almost the whole circumference of your arm sore. Wear it too loose and the obvious will happen, it will slide down your arm and I haven't been successful of pushing it back up so it will stay when they're too loose. I've had the most luck going ahead and pulling it tight, like probably too tight but not always, but if the whole outside muscles, tendons and elbow joint start hurting, it's easy to let it out just a tiny bit at a time until it's tight enough to stay put, but not so tight that you're arm's gonna hurt when you take it off. Like I said from the start of this paragraph, this strap is gonna take a little getting used to. I think it's safe to say that the same thing can be said for all straps of, generally speaking, this design.

So there ya go. I thought I was buying a pair when I ordered them, but the fact that it was a single ain't nobody's fault but my own. I just wasn't paying close enough attention. I think I'll be looking for a pair the next time because I want to be able to evaluate how they work on both arms since the cause of my pain is Rheumatoid Arthritis and definitely not over-use on a tennis-court or golfing, two things which I have never done and probably never will try. Anyway, good luck. Pay attention to what the ad-copy says, and to what your body's trying to tell you once you get 'em. I may edit this after I get a replacement pair, I don't know. See y'all 'round.
