OK quality, not dense enough to maintain shape/support

This is ok foam for replacing on couches/back rests. It's just not dense enough and also is very weak. It looks great, but when you use it starts sagging. Try placing a light weight on it and notice the compression is pretty bad.
I cut some pieces from the foam and now my sofa cushion is like new.

My goose down sofa's middle cushion was starting to sink. I cut some pieces from the foam and now my sofa cushion is like new.
Now the sofa is back to what it felt like on day one

I bought this to replace the two seat cushions in my Signature Design (Rent-A-Center) dual recliner leather sofa. Before purchasing I measured the cushion length and width twice. Then, I guessed at what the thickness should be. Definitely a two person job if you don't want to tear the sofa fabric underneath.
My technique was to squeeze in each side a little at a time. Then, with the sofa on it's back, I reached into the pocket and grabbed the foam and pulled it as far back as I could.
Now the sofa is back to what it felt like on day one. The only time I needed the second person was when flipping the sofa and when pulling the fabric taut to tack it down. I was amazed at the difference. Where the fabric was saggy, it's now tight.
I would recommend this foam to anyone with a basic skill with tools. All I needed was a hammer and straight screwdriver to remove factory staples. I used "carpet tacks", the little black ones with the big head, to secure the fabric back in place. My access came from the front of the sofa with the footrest extended. These tacks will not be seen.

Very good quality for the price

Very good quality for the price, it really made my sofa cushions puff up, just make sure the opening of your covers is wide enough for the foam to fit through. & enough room for batting,
So if your covers are 5 inches just get 3 inches of foam. This way you will have room for batting.

Perfect for making replacement chair cushions!

Bought this to replace two decrepit chair cushions and it's perfect! Soft, thick and comfy, and easy enough to cut.
