5 stars for a great quality product. My kids have other roller blades and this set is made the best. The gel wheels are a MUST and so smooth.
1 star for really bad design in shoe insert - I saw that one of the lower rated reviews mentioned that although the skate itself is high quality and adjusts, the shoe insert inside is one size and unadjustable... I ageee and bought it anyway knowing this. The shoe insert (unadjustable) really defeats the whole point of having the outer casing adjustable. Because I'm too lazy to return this, I'm planning to just cut the insert in 1/2 (home remedy style), if my daughter needs it expanded when her feet is bigger. Really bad design here.

Great skate! My daughter loves them! The skate works as advertised, and they glide smoothly on concrete,carpet, asphalt, grass, etc... She wears a size 9.5 in women's shows, but she's 12, so her foot is still growing. We ordered the XL (9-12) , and its perfect for her growing foot. When she's got them on, she skates for hours! I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons:
1. When the product arrived, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. I don't know if they had been sitting in someone's house for a long period of time, but we could smell it through the packaging! The smell dissipated after a few days of outside use.
2. After about a week, the strap on the back broke off of one of the skates. She can still get them on, we just weren't expecting it to break so soon!
Overall good purchase.

Bought as a gift for my daughter. She really enjoys them and didn't have any trouble working the tabs to open or tighten them. Only problem she had was the tounge comes out all the way and had a hard time placing it in the boot while strapping in. I think she's gotten the hang of it though. She destroys everything and they seem to holding up pretty good

Perfect fit! My 10 yo daughter wears a woman's 5/6 in shoes and these fit perfectly! I love that they will change sizes as she grows. The pattern on the fabric is really cool too. She blades outside and these seem to roll very smooth. The tongue for the boot is a little weird and takes getting used to, but overall I am very pleased.

Daughter loves them! She wears a size 9 women's and we ordered the larger skate. I was expecting it to be too big, but fits perfectly! She doesn't complain about blisters like she did with the skating rink roller skates. They seem made very well for adjustable skates.
