These are wonderful! I haven't ever had them but after reading a recipe book decided to try these. 2oz is a lot of mushrooms....quickly got used...tasty. There are no directions that come with them....so follow a recipe as I did....they need soaking first, but don't throw the soaking broth away...that is yummy too. However, you need to pour the liquid leftover from soaking through cheesecloth and then use that liquid. I am a convert to morel mushrooms...

These taste delicious, & the quality is great. Also had a few jumbo sized morels in te package. Bag consisted of fairly average sized mushrooms.

I purchased two packages and they arrived promptly. I was surprised that the morels were all mostly whole! They varied in size from small to large, but were in perfect condition. They plumped up beautifully and smell delightful. Good price. Good quality.

While a bit on the small side, these are good quality morels. I think the broth that was left over, was my favorite part. I made a stew out of it that people just flipped over.
