The wheels tire valves are of such a poor quality that I was never be able to inflate them appropriately. I bought the double bicycle for my daughter and we used it just 5 times, this past Sunday I tried to use it again but I realized the valve of one wheel had fallen, and the valve on the other wheel was laying against the wheel...well it has been like that forever. In conclusion if the wheels don not work the bicycle is worthless. Pretty disappointed I would have preferred to invest more money in a better-quality product.
Get better tubes!
James S. Middleton✓ Verified PurchaseJanuary 14, 2017
Need better tubes. Love pulling the grandkids. Easy to setup and hookup. Picked up second bike mounting bracket so easily swap to another bike.

Need to get better supplier for your tire tubes. I've had it what 7 weeks and the tubes are bad. Small size tubes not all that easy to find either.

Edit: Well support did send me new tubes and that was great. The problem however is not the tubes. Just like some of the other pictures demonstrate the TIRE pops off the RIM and shreds the tube. I have many bikes. The rims have a ridge inside where the tire bead grabs and holds in place. There is no ridge on these plastic rims. Nothing holds the tire in place.

As a grand parent I have to let others know this design is unsafe. I've emailed the company who again supplied new tubes quickly about this issue with the rims. No word back.

Nothing keeps the tire secured on the rim. Hit something with any side ways force and the tire will pop off. Not good.....
We Luv This!

We love this! Took it on two vacations & use weekly on trails at home. A bonus, when your 3 yr old gets tired from riding, you can strap him next to your 1 yr old & put his bike in the rear cargo area. '
Tire and wheel problems
Martin K.✓ Verified PurchaseSeptember 9, 2016
One tube popped after light use right after we got the trailer. Just now one of the tires started falling off the wheel. The wheel is made of plastic that's bending to allow the tire to come off. This is after maybe 100 miles of use.
Easy to assemle and a smooth ride! UPDATE: Great customer service as well.

UPDATE: So we have used the heck out of this trailer over the last 3 months and our toddler loves riding in it. On our last run, one of the buckles snapped in half when my husband went to hook our son up. Since our little guy rides solo, it was important that we keep him in the middle, so switching him to the side where we had 2 working buckles just wasn't an option. I emailed customer service, who asked for a picture of the broken buckle, model number, and copy of receipt (easy since it was an Amazon purchase)! As soon as I provided those (which were totally understandable and easy requests), they let me know they had ordered a new seat fabric with straps that would be to us later this week, free of charge. I was very impressed with their customer service!

My husband and I are not the most handy people and this was so simple to put together. It was a matter of snapping a few pieces into place. Our toddler is 35 pounds so we bought the double to give him extra room and it was very simple to convert the straps to accommodate a single little in the middle. The ride was smooth and he seemed to really enjoy it. Definitely something we will get a ton of use out of, as the weather cools a bit out here in Arizona!
