I thought we might tear it when shredding some pork, but it is so thick and strong, that we didn't puncture it! (We were careful, but I had no expectation of us being able to be careful enough. It clearly held up against some accidental strikes with the fork tines.)

Used to cook BBQ Pulled Pork pulled liner out it took me seconds to clean the pan, I love these liners. I stirred the BBQ with a metal spoon and the liner withstood the scrapping of the liner with the spoon they are really heavy duty well worth the money.

these things are the greatest. I bought them to use for my son's graduation party. One was used in a roaster of meatballs and sauce and the other was used in a roaster of macaroni and cheese. Between party prep time and throughout the party, the roasters were on at a low temp for over 12 hours. Both bags held up beautifully and cleanup was as simple as removing the foil bag and washing the roaster lids. I was a little hesitant to get these ones because the package said "ideal for roasting meats and poultry", but they worked like a charm for my needs as well. I will not use a roaster without these bags again!
