Lovely brush set!

EDIT: Natemia customer service reached out to me immediately and offered to ship out a replacement set, and it arrived in perfect condition! I haven't tried the two wooden brushes yet as my baby doesn't have much hair on her little head, but she LOVES the soft bristled brush. It does shed bristles a little bit, but it gets the job done -- making her hair soft while getting some mild cradle cap flakes under control -- and makes both her and I very happy.
Original Review: The comb and hair bristle brush were both great, but like many other reviewers my other brush arrived with one of the brush parts snapped off. I don't know about you, but I'm not comfortable brushing my baby's hair with a brush that has a jagged and sharp wooden spike on it. (The box it arrived in was new and undamaged, and the broken part was NOT in the box, so it was broken prior to packaging and shipping.)

Ridiculously Soft Brush - Must Buy

Great for baby hair. The soft goat's hair brush is gentle on the baby's scalp that she doesn't mind being brushed. Other "baby brushes" we've tried are not as soft.

Lovely set. My o my complaint is that the hard bristle brush arrived with a bristle missing.

I am very impressed with this set. I was worried the brushes would be too small for my 2 year old, but they are perfect. I am surprised how well the soft one smooths my son's hair that sticks up in the back. I will keep these in mind for future baby shower presents.

It's a nice product with 2 big caveats: the comb I got was made of a MUCH darker wood and din't match the wood of the brushes.
In addition, 2) the comb is miniature. I could barely hold it and I wanted a comb that would work for baby for a while.
