I use this for holding mouldings onto furniture while the glue is drying (I like to paint furniture for my home). When I pull them off, there's no residue left behind and it's stronger than regular wall tape. It works amazingly well.

Okay, gaffer's tape is pricey. It's totally worth it. Tears easily, even in both directions. It comes in different colors, holds strong, lasts a long time, and removes easily without residue. I've used it to hide cords along a baseboard. After 4 years it came off without a problem. I love this tape and use it for a variety of projects. I even gave a roll to my kids when they went to college so they could secure their wires and cables without being an eyesore. Highly recommended. Why this isn't available in a brick and mortar big box store is amazing.
Budget stealth strips

I used this on my saddle hunting climbing sticks. I wanted to dampen the sound but real stealth strips are so expensive I wouldn't but enough to totally cover the sticks. This product is NOT as sound deadening as stealth strips but is waaayy cheaper.
