I am a man, and I have never owned a pressure cooker.. never saw the need for one.. Until I saw a cooking show.. I use this little miracle all the time... this little gem takes a piece of elk rump and turns it into something you can chew on... I have made sweet potatoes in it... vegetables, which don't take very long I found out... I like it and will never be without a pressure cooker again...

I love this pot. It's not too small, not too big. I use it for cooking spaghetti sauce with Italian pork sausage. No problem at all. Made the house smell wonderful ... like old times. Use the insert to prevent the sausage from burning. Love this pot ... would no regrets on this purchase.

This is amazing. I've made foods that I never could. They're juicy, tender and full of flavor. I just wish they sold more/better cook books for this specific product, because the cooking times are different for every type of pressure cooker. This is the only reason it didn't get 5 stars.
