I have a karaoke setup at home as well as host karaoke at a local bar once a week. I got these for home and quickly got an additional set for the bar mics. I had a constant problem with mics rolling off the booth rail when singers put them down (several mics ending up irreparable as a result). Also have issues with singers wrapping their hands around the top of mics resulting in distortion and feedback. These are nicely constructed, they greatly inhibit the dropping of mics from the rail, and they really seem to make some (not all) singers properly hold the mics. Great price and added insurance for protecting your more expensive microphones

If you've ever had a microphone roll off of an elevated surface and drop to the floor, you will be grateful for this set of four color-coded square "rings" with similarly colored round bottom coordinated colors.
