Comfortable way to ice. Kind of a pain to put back in the bag and freezer again! Bag is snug so you have to fold it perfect when putting it back.

If this stayed colder for longer than 20-30 minutes it would be a 5 star. As it is, it's still a help. My wife used it currently (7 weeks out from knee replacement) and finds it very helpful.
