Great for complex systems with multiple amps...and pro audio speakers.

This was the missing link to my Competition system on my Victory Motorcycle. I am running a Kenwood head unit, 3 amps 2600w, 7 speakers, two Tweeters, and 4 compression horns. This gave me the control I was looking for....

If you are running multiple amplifiers, subwoofers and speakers, this unit is excellent and very useful. You can use the switches on the front to only listen to your front or rear speakers or subwoofers and then tweak their crossover and gain individually. Normally you would have to disconnect the RCA's from your amps and make your adjustments on the amps one at a time. If your head unit has only one set of measly 2V RCA's -no problem. The DS-18 can convert that to front, rear and subwoofer 5V voltage RCA's. It has individual power level adjustments for each amp and a main power level that controls everything. It also has a remote bass adjustment control. The only negative thing was the directions, which were a little confusing, but not a big deal. If you are a person that likes to make a lot of adjustments to your system, the DS-18 makes it easy and even fun.
