These noodles are THE BEST in Soups! Not so much with sauce, because of texture. But in my soups, I like my normal pasta pretty al dente, so the texture of these REALLY is awesome for me.
ALWAYS Saute them a bit in some oil before tossing in sauce or in the soup! Helps texture and adds a bit of flavor. :)

It shows 2 servings in a bag, but I found 1 bag is not even half bowl! I ate 3 bags in one meal, thinking it was a lot, but it was not; and I felt hungry very fast after eating it. Also, it needs to be rinsed for 1 minute before cooking. Furthermore, it needs to be cooked with other materials or it might not be edible because no taste, but that adds calories. There are other good options for Shirataki noodle.
Worth a try!

These are actually better than the usual "fake" noodles I get, as these do not have any fishy smell at all to them. Texture is fairly similar though these seemed to fry up a little better, less rubber band like :) I am fairly happy with them, but they are more expensive.
They do remind me of rice noodles so using them for any "lite" asian noodle dish is painless.

Not bad at all

First time trying these noodles as a substitute for real pasta. Not bad at all. Some of the reviews about how gross they are seem a bit dramatic. I thoroughly rinsed them with warm water, dried them with a kitchen towel then sauteed them in a pan with olive oil. They dont have any flavor on their own so i mixed in some pesto sauce and they were pretty good. Definitely not real pasta (slight rubbery texture) but a good substitute. Easier than making zoodles. I would recommend - especially for people on weight watchers.
Yummy and good for the diet

A very easy way too get a low calorie pasta fix. Easy to prepare. Doesn't taste exactly like pasta, but with sauce, who can tell?
