Totally different texture, but you get used to it! Add good seasoning &/or spices/sauces! Fills me up w/o feeling guilty! I use a sauce combo of soy sauce, Worcestershire, olive oil and granulated garlic powder. No need to heat, just mix & put on heated noodles, add salt if desired. That and a salad makes my belly & taste buds happy 😊!

A friend recommended them to me and it was a great find. They are more durable than flour-based noodles and do not have a strong taste. They pair well with marinara sauces as well as a light olive oil and basil base. I made a pasta primavera dish that tasted great and am looking forward to making a chicken noodle soup recipe soon. After I placed my order I received an email from the company with numerous recipes. Only nine calories per serving!
I use it for Italian dishes as well as oriental cuisine like Korean chap chae or make oriental noodle soup

Amazon is the only place I can buy this,not carried at my area stores . Have tried a few other shapes but do not care for them ,only fettuccine. I use it for Italian dishes as well as oriental cuisine like Korean chap chae or make oriental noodle soup. Definitely placing another order and it will be a triple order at least.
