I feel this gelatin is healthy and i really want to LOVE it but it does not mix in my coffee like others i have tried. I always have a thick blob of gel in the bottom i have to just chug down after my coffee is done. Or, i have to continuously stir it to get it to keep mixing as i drink my coffee. And then i feel my coffee is just super thick and still is not really mixing well but the taste is barely there so I am able to tolerate a thick coffee with a hint of beef gel.
I think it's made more for cold drinks, definitely not hot. Even the instructions state to mix with cold beverages. Great ingredients and i was taking for health benefits only. I need to figure out other ways to consume it as coffee route is not working for me.

I liked this gelatin. The size is good for the price and I needed it for helping with some digestive issues. Worked well. I put it in shakes, soups, bone broth. I never noticed a flavor or odor and even gave some to the kids and they were fine with it.

Was happy with the fact this did not taste nor smell like the competitions beef gelatin , but when I tried to make a gelatin egg it did not gel at all turned my patties to watered down mush! Not happy

Doesn't dissolve in hot liquids at all. Rather it turns into a gelatinous goo that takes a chisel to get off your cup afterward - soaking doesn't get it off at all. It is fine mixed in a cold smoothie.
