Yes and no. Anything made in China must be carefully considered as to sizing. Very few of their products will follow what you expect them to be and virtually all of them will run from small to very small. I've worn it-for brief periods as I have a set of yellow shorts and wearing this doesn't show as a typical jock would. The up side is that it functions nicely as jocks are supposed to, this one doesn't err on the size of style over function. Again, if it only were the actual size I ordered....

I have a small waist. 29" so I got a small. They fit rather snug, I wish the pouch was just slightly more open. If you have thick thighs, which mine are fairly muscular, it will be a snug yet comfortable fit. These underwear really plump your butt up! And they are very airy! I'll be buying another pair.

I'm 5'8, 180lbs, 32 waist. I got xxl. They are tight if you have a large package. These are not for men who have a large package more for small package guys. Otherwise everything just doesnt fit inside the front.
