Had to adjust a bit to the low-rise version, but it does the job. Also washes well and the stitching looks like it will hold up to active usage.

I'm 5'8, 180lbs, 32 waist. I got xxl. They are tight if you have a large package. These are not for men who have a large package more for small package guys. Otherwise everything just doesnt fit inside the front.

This strap is made of a material that looks like gym shorts but stretches nicely. It's a small piece of material cut low and tight so it restrains the goods but stays out of the way of the hip joint. I can't believe for years I've worn those Bike ones that are so scratchy. I wear this one for the usual physical activities like running and lifting but also for less typical things like while turning wrenches when my nads can get all squished between my legs as I lie under the car.

This jock looks really good if you're into it for sexy time too. I got it after seeing naughty videos where the guy was sporting one of these to keep attention farther to the back.

As far as sizing, I usually wear a 33 waist in jeans and a medium in normal undies. I got this Anun jock in both medium and large and prefer the large, which has a bigger waist and leg straps but only by a little bit. Some reviewers have said the pouch is small. I disagree. It does keep the goodies snug against the body but it's stretchy so they're not cramped and I'm looking for containment and stabilization when I wear a jock, so it's just right.

First off, I got this for a vasectomy and it was exactly what I needed. You want a snug fit to ensure everything remains supported and in-place.

You want to at least get 1-2 sizes larger, because you're also going to have to stuff gauze in there to cover the incision site. I recommend buying at least 2 because you'll have some discharge as you heal and you'll want a back-up.

Just FYI, these don't have supportive cups and I didn't need one for my surgery.

All the strap areas fit almost perfectly. A minor exception is the part where the strap ascends from the groin area, heading upwards. At my weight, this could be a only a little bit bigger. But it's fine. Not a deal killer at all, and I actually didn't notice it when I tried it on, but then did when looking at it more closely the third time.
So, IMO, if you'e my weight or, I would guess, even 200 pounds, this item would fit you.

However, I would love to have a touch more room for my kibbles and bits (which are average sized). It's snug to the point of clutching. Obviously if I lose weight (which I should), this issue would not go away, since I won't lose weight in my privates.
So, like, 10-20% more material would be awesome. This part isn't a deal killer, but if they sold XXL, I would buy it.

So, for sizing, imo, if you are 5'6"-5'10", you might want to try XL.
