Light started blinking when plugging in bat... reset the charger by unplugging it and it is working...
bought the charger for my mom... she recently got a power chair and she is a lot more on the go, so, need top keep batteries charged... lights are supposed to be solid red when charging and solid green when charged, so I have read... had this unit for about a 3 days now... we will see how it goes from here...
I agree with some others,, this unit seems way overpriced... overall I am very happen with the Inogen G4 unit.. I do feel it should have came with this charger... I bought the G4 unit straight from Inogen.

If you have more than one battery, this comes in so handy. We have 4, can charge one in the Inogen One G4 and another with this, so we can see up with making sure that all the batteries are ready to go,
