A STRONG & SPRINGY LITTLE MAT!!! YOUR KNEES WILL AGREE IT'S ALL THAT!!!
Volkano✓ Verified Purchase•September 5, 2018
This pleasingly plump little mat is a full 5/8 inch THICK, which is even thicker than the Sivan yoga mat. The soft knee mat is very useful for its intended purpose of cushioning a hard floor for the healthful comfort of your knees, elbows, and hands. It's a practical little addition to your home gym equipment.

I am using this padding as an arm pad for using my mouse. I sit sideways to the keyboard shelf and have to rest my arm on the hard surface. I was using a pillow for support but that lifted my arm too high and kept falling off the surface.
I bought this product with the intention of cutting it in two and using one half as the arm rest. But the full pad fits nicely on the keyboard shelf so I didn't cut it. I have a thin mouse pad so I put that pad on this knee pad and I am much more comfortable! And it doesn't fall off!

Great knee mat

Love this mat. It's great to use when you have a knee exercise on the floor but don't want to pull out the full mat. This is perfect for that or to add extra padding to a lesser mat when on your knees. Plenty of cushion to keep the pain away.
Excellent Product

I recently picked up yoga again, but the mats that I have are rather thin, and some of the positions hurt my knees. I bought this to help cushion them, and it has been such a help. Now, I can do yoga without any pain or discomfort. This is an excellent product, and at a good price point too. I highly recommend it!
Great Cushioning

Great cushioning. I have already used it in my yoga class and my knees thank me. The cushioning is thick and there is no pain in the knees caps when using this. My mat is just not thick enough and I was constantly stopping to roll it to relieve the knee pressure. I highly recommend the one piece pad. I had considered two separate ones but didn't want to constantly shift them. This I put down and just make sure I adjust my position so the knees rest on it.
