The thermometer works well and is very easy to use. My favorite part of the product is not so much the product itself as the customer service back in with it. Prior to the delivery of the thermometer I received an email from the company with directions on how to use that a PDF document of home remedies or Darius almonds, and a note saying if I found anything wrong with the product to please contact them immediately so they can remedy any issues. Excellent customer service and a great product to go with it

What a great thermometer! Easy to set up, just insert batteries and it's ready to use. It defaults to Celsius but can easily changed. It actually took me a couple tries to change the conversion because the manual is very tiny and not articulately written. However, all you have to do is hold the MEM button for 6 seconds and push the button again to change the conversion. It great that it only has 2 big buttons to manage it. It automatically changes from forehead reading to ear reading when you remove the forehead cover (cover is a little tricky to get off). There is not ear probe cover, not sure if you can buy them separately, but it works well as is. The accuracy is very good, primarily within .1-.3 degrees in both modes. I love this thermometer ~ very fast & convenient!

I really like this product. I took my temperature many times on different parts of my body and got pretty accurate readings. I tested the same place multiple times and it came out the same each time. The device can also check the ears. The blue cover on top comes off for the ear piece. Also, the device has 20 different memory settings. I look forward to seeing how long the device lasts without having problems. This is great to have at home and it is really simple to use. It comes set in degrees Celsius but you can change it very easily to Fahrenheit. The package comes with a guide book that can help explain anything unknown about the device.

It can read from your forhead, or easily pull of blue top off and an ear reading can be preformed.
The digital display lights up very brightly which helps with late night kiddo readings. Has 20 last reading memory spots so you don't have to worry about missing anything.
It lights up green in the normal range, and red if your too hot/cold. It came set to Celcius, and I easily switched it over to Fahrenheit using the provided instructions. Comes with a nice bag for storage also.

With the flu season still upon us, I wanted a more sanitary way of taking temperatures. We have always used the traditional kind you put in your mouth, but even with using alcohol to sterilize, it seems less sanitary using it after someone who is sick. 😷 This thermometer is the perfect solution AND batteries included! It's really simple to set up and use. Pretty much just put the batteries in and you're good to go. Press and hold the start button while moving across your forehead to take your temperature that way, or remove the cover ;it automatically detects it and sets up for ear temperature mode. It also comes with a little velvet bad for storing when not in use. Much better than out old thermometer, so I'm happy!
