Ingenious and works great. The two piece holder and cup is much better than my old fixed style where you had to push the bird over the support. The tray is very handy for cook potatoes etc. Cleans up fairly easily.

Great item. Used it the day I received to cook a whole chicken, potatoes and carrots. It caught the juices from the chicken and kelp

I do not like the way the center piece connects to the bottom. If you rotate the bird in the wrong direction on the grill it can come off and fall over.
Caution - Sharp Edges

One word of caution. The edges are very sharp and you need to be very careful when washing this cooker. I had to take a file to the edges to file down the sharp edges. other than the sharp edge, it works perfectly.
