I ordered this for my rescued dog who was so abused he lost one eye. He had to have surgery to save his other eye and I followed the measurements and it's not even close. Two of the four buttons button...amazing idea and I can see how owners will love it. I contacted amazon and since this is third party I don't have to many options except to leave a review and hope for the best.
