The BOMB!

OK, I've tried other brands and didn't like them but heard great stuff about NuCo so I gave this a shot. Fried one up in a pan last night with some chicken and cheese inside like a burrito and it was the BOMB! Will be buying more of these for sure. Only complaint is that to get one out you have to take all of them out of the package.

Very good! Obviously a very strong coconut taste, so I'm not able to pair very savory foods, like ground beef and eggs with these wraps. I love to slap some almond butter, banana, and sometime coca nibs on these and enjoy a yummy snack or dessert. I also enjoy them with a sort of spring salad mix inside. They're sturdy and pliable. I'm able to completely roll them up and cut them in half without cracking or breaking, but I'm also able to pick them up while they lay flat. They hold up pretty well and hold whatever shape you put them in well.

DO NOT TOAST THESE IN A TOASTER OVEN!! THEY CAUGHT FIRE!! I put one in a toaster oven, within approximately 30-45 seconds on the toaster setting, it burst into flames! The flames were coming out the sides and up to the bottom of my cabinets! Thank God I had baking soda on the counter and dumped the entire box on it to stop it! The manufacturing company MUST PUT A WARNING on the label! There are NO cooking guidelines or instructions or WARNINGS! Be very careful if attempting to heat these! Very, very, scary and dangerous!! Now that said, I do like the wraps but wont buy anymore or update my 1star until the manufacturer puts a very firm warning on the label!! Could've burnt the whole house down if I would've left the room for any amount of time!!

These are amazing! I had NO issues with them falling apart. I added chicken, bacon, cheese folded up one end and rolled it up. The coconut flavor is hardly noticeable. My only issue was with the shipping....the USPS tracking said they were to arrive Monday and they didn't show up till Wednesday!

The product is just not something I enjoyed. Let me start by saying I am.not a fan of coconut. I ordered these for a healthier alternative to bread. Thinking the stuffing would over power the flavor. Honestly it wasn't terrible. I made a peanut butter roll up, flavor was pretty good. Texture was awful. It's crispy and soft at the same time. It sticks teeth and is difficult to chew. I would not recommend these for the purpose of sandwhichs. There may be other uses that would make them better. Perhaps warming them makes them easier to deal with.
