Spicy!

It is so risky to buy true French mustard in the US, they always seem to lose their spice. This supplier must have a great supply chain because this is wonderfully spicy

This is my favorite Dijon and it is not pricey as some in fancier jars. Greta flavor and smooth consistency. I used to bring it back every trip from St Martin but now I can use the space in my checked bag for more rum!
The Real Deal

I have been on a mustard hunt, a Dijon of substance, Amora fits the bill. Grey Poupon and Maille, standard grocery brands, are weak and lacking in flavor. Amora is hot in a mustard sense just a level below fresh made Chinese mustard. The only drawback is it has sulfites in it, not that I have a health concern, but I get an after taste. Not a game changer just I have always been able to taste sulfites in food and drink.

Taste great just like the one we have back home in Afica but the container is extremely smaller. The picture is ver deceptive, i could have bought a much bigger one with the same price at fhe halal store.
The very best!

Apparently this is common table mustard in France, or so I've been told by the Mustard Museum. At any rate, it's not common here, and that's too bad, because it's one of the best--if not the best--mustards on the market. The strong, horseradish flavor is so intense that you won't believe there's no horseradish in it! Great for mustard enthusiasts who like mustard with a strong bite and a great flavor.
