I'm already eating healthy and exercising a little but I decided to give this a try.
The first few days I was losing half a pound a day which was great!
Then I had one cheat day and gained two pounds and I wasn't able to lose them for 5 days.
I am seeing slight results, but nothing too big.
If you're serious about losing weight and are eating healthy, then give this a shot.
Keep in mind this is no magic pill
If you don't plan on eating healthy then don't bother buying it because it'll probably not help.

I took 3 the first dose and it was to much so I dropped it to just 2 per serving for breakfast and lunch only and that was much better. I will buy again

I will buy again. been taking for a week now and they are working for me. excising eat right I have lost 2pounds so far. I was doing that before taking these but was at a Plato.

These work better for me then any fat burner on thr market....period! They give you a clean long lasting sustained energy that levels of clean and they make you sweat like a BEAST during workouts. They also happen to be the best priced fat burner as well.

Seems to be working very well. Have been using for three weeks, definitely helping drop some weight. Have been running more since taking them as well, so weight loss could be because of that. However, definitely does give you more energy.
