I wanted to like this, but major flaw in design

I was exited about this lunch bag. I like the design and the fact that it has extra pockets. However, the outside pockets are the very reason I'm returning it. When you have items inside the bag itself, and especially if you put things in the outside pockets (I put gum and cutlery), the pockets open up wide and make the bag look fat. I'm also worried things will fall out of the pockets. I wish the pockets had a button or velcro closure, or better yet, zippers!
