I live using this product to avoid cavity's and to keep my teeth in good condition. However, be careful. I have sensitive teeth. After using, my teeth become increasingly more sensitive for a few days. So, I would not recommend daily use. I incorporate it occassionally into my oral hygiene routine. Also, after using you cannot drink/eat for 30 mins. The taste in your mouth is not good. It is doable, but it is a bit nasty. I will say the results are great. I would recommend this product which says a lot. It really works if you want strong teeth, and cavity protection.
