I've been taking this for a week now and the frequency is reduced but still having urgency. The good news is even though it hits fast, my ability to hold it with minimal leakage is much better. I'm finding better and better results as time goes on too. Prescription meds made my BP drop and I would feel seriously sick but no side effects here!

Backstory: I am a nurse who stands on my feet all shift...and I have sciatic problems. So, with that said, I have a lot of back and leg pain and was excited to try this pain reliever. I love the fact that it is dissolvable, so it works quickly....and it actually worked for me. I am not fond of the taste, but I can get past that since it helps. I definitely recommend giving this one a try if you are on the fence. Magnesium is great for muscle pain, and it has helped with restless legs too.

This seemed to help me with my sciatic nerve issue. When I took this consistently I had no severe muscle pain or inflammation. The product melted a bit chalky, but if you take consistently (3x day) then you will notice a difference. I need to have a better regime with taking this, because it really did seem to help.
