These are great, they keep me dry and comfortable! Been using them about a month and I have no complaints... and I have a strong flow. When I leak, it's a fast drip or a random spray. I'm a 34D and the medium size works great for me.

I love these! Why would anyone ever need expensive disposable ones??? If you've gotten to this point, where you are considering buying them, reading the reviews, trust me when I say you'll love them. I bought a second set. I never bought another box of disposable ones again

This is a review after 6 months of use. They come with a little bag so you can wash them with the rest of the clothes and they don't get lost with the laundry or in the washing machine for drying I have to give them two cycles at least. I am currently breastfeeding exclusively. While I'm breastfeeding in public obviously the other one leaks and these pads stay in place not only that, they have great absorption. I highly recommend these.

I initially ordered and used the Hey Mama disposable nursing pads. After going through the 120 pack in a month I started searching for reusable cloth nursing pads. These are the ones I purchased based on reviews.

I use a Haier (portable) washing machine and a spin dryer. Almost all the advice offered for reusable nursing pads by the manufacturers instruct the consumer to use a dryer. Since I don't have one, I was afraid of having to deal with mold issues. Thankfully, these have washed and dried beautifully on my rack I hang them on a stainless steel device similar to the IKEA octopus and then turn a fan on them directly. These dry within the hour when "air" dried in that manner.

I docked one star because they don't hold as much as my disposable pads did. I have to change these 2-3x more often. Furthermore, I have experienced sticking/peeling with these cloth pads. When I nurse on one side and experience letdown on the other side, the cloth pad adheres to the nipple during let down. So then when I go to nurse on the other side I have to peel the cloth pad off. Since I only ordered these after my nipples toughened up I don't know if it would/could cause pain while mamas go through the phase where the nipples are sore and possibly cracked and painful. I have tried changing pads right before I nurse every time and still have this issue every time.

Overall, I like that these are a cost-effective alternative to disposable pads. They are soft enough, don't break the bank if multiple sets are needed, and most importantly launder well when air-dried.

I will mention though when it comes to laundering, I am not sure the seller/owner has the right information. I have been laundering cloth diapers for a few years. The ones I have are a mixture of organic cotton, hemp, or bamboo. So natural fibers. All of those manufacturers recommend washing on hot, no more than 120 degrees for an optimal and effective wash. The seller/owner for these stated to only wash on cold since these are made from natural fibers. It was in my understanding that breast milk on a cloth pad could lead to mold issues if not washed and dried properly. As such, a sanitize/hot wash makes more sense than a cold wash. I could, of course, be mistaken, so buyer beware and do your own research when it comes to washing these. I would hate for any mama to unknowingly put moldy pads on her breast and then have that transfer to her precious babe when it's time to nurse.

These are super handy and comfortable! I had a little trouble with my breasts needing more breathability, but that was probably due to my needing to change them out more frequently. They do absorb really well, but when they are full, they feel very full. 😄 Still, I've never had them leak on me. The bag they come with for washing is really handy (I use it for baby socks sometimes too).
