I'm using this to hold re-mineralized reverse osmosis water at room temperature for drinking throughout the day. I can get a sense of getting enough water (64 oz!) and it is very attractive too. I bought this after my more highly rated one from Amazon broke. That one was a tall model of same volume; no surprise when I jogged it with my elbow when reaching around it to grab something. Awesome pitcher. It is light weight and handles well being I have weak wrists. I had an old tupperware plastic pitcher wish had seen better days. The taste of tea was so much better in glass. My only concern before purchasing was breakage. I touched the corner of my granite sink and cracked a hole in it. I was very careful had it approximately 2 months would love to buy again but fear breaking it again.
