First off, *huge* props to XCoser. They did an outstanding job on this. I bought my Kylo cosplay from them as well, and I was quite happy both times.
I ordered a size up, I normally wear a large and ordered an XL. It's pretty roomy, which allows for clothing underneath so I would recommend doing that. Better a tad too large than too small.
Anyway, the suit itself is perfect. Pretty screen accurate, with the textured arm stripes, back padding, pocket for the air hose, accurate leg pockets, and loops for the arm cylinders.
The vest will need to be altered a bit. The quilting is spot on, but the rebel logo is in the wrong spot and the buckle is too small. All easy fixes.
For what I paid, I'm extremely happy.

Honestly, this was way better than I anticipated. I am a big XXL as a rule and this fit me. I weigh 260lbs and am 5'11" and it goes on. The vest is a hint tight, but it fits. Hope this helps others who constantly order an XXL, especially from China, and it arrives the size of an XL at best. Good quality jumpsuit with nice details. Vest is excellent as well.

I posed a picture, it's an XL and I am 5'11" at 180 lbs. I also had some black high-top shoes and it complete the look. Shoulder to crotch was a little tight :o I am a powerlifter so my shoulders made it ride up. L vest would have been nice, but I filled it out nicely. A little baggy in the pants so I might bust out the sewing machine next time!
