I purchased the cream one, my friend got the black one. Her black one is MUCH more cushioned. The chair is very comfortable, but after 1 hour of leaning forward while I do Electrolysis on a client, my butt is pretty sore! I recommend getting the black one! Bummer, the cream is so pretty. Both are awesome quality and casters are great. Zero issues, would highly recommend!
