There was damage done to the bed during transport. The replacement department did there best to replace the damaged parts, unfortunately the virus had compromised there work force, so it took a little bit of time. But the story ended well and now my bed is perfect and I will enjoy it for many years. Thanks for solving the problem. Oh and thanks for the life time supply of bubble wrap!

For the price, I'm very happy with this purchase. It was fairly easy to assemble and seems to be good quality. The entire bed is shipped in a few different boxes. The box with the drawers seemed fine but upon opening it, I found that the dovetail corners on one were broken. It was a pretty easy fix and works well now.
Wooden bed is very beautiful and sturdy, easy to assemble. Reasonable price I am very satisfied!

Arrived damaged, drawers don't open correctly and there's chunks of wood missing around the top edges. One of the feet has a nail sticking through it so it scratches my floors as well
