You can get decent insulators for cans, but not bottles. If you want something for a bottle, it has to be fabric of some kind.

I've owned one other popular product similar, but it's ONLY for 12 oz standard bottles. Even if this only held 1 type of bottle or can, it's still better than the previous holder I bought. This perfectly holds a 12 oz can as well. It's very high quality. I'm not generally picky and NOT easy to impress, but this product is impressive! 5 stars with flying colors! The unit is several pieces so take care not to lose any of the parts. It securely holds the can or bottle and keeps it cold for hours.

Glass bottles just get warmer, faster in hot weather even though you have air-conditioning. This however does make a significant difference. Of course, it isn't ice cold but it does keep them from getting room temperature.
