I like the design. The frame feels flimsy but durable enough. However, I've been using it for only 2 months so far, light duty, and the seams are already starting to rip on on the bags. If the bags lasted more than just a few months I would have rated it 4-5 stars. I am charitably rating it 3 stars because I do like the functionality and hope to be able to buy replacement bags inexpensively (though I haven't found them yet) - preferably actual "heavy duty" bags as the product name implied I should have received.

So, I like the functionality, the design seems ok-ish, but I am disappointed the bags aren't surviving even light duty use, the flimsyness of the bags being the weakest component.

An update: I contacted support, they sent me 3 replacement bags, no charge. So, I've bumped up my review 1 star becauses I do like the functionality and convenience. I haven't used the new bags yet so I can't yet attest to whether they're stronger than the flimsy ones that came with the original purchase.

Was easy to put together, and the hampers are sturdy. I would totally recommend this for anyone it rolls around easily. I keep it next to my washing machine and put the dirty clothes White colored and darks fit nicely into the canvas bags. So I am not putting them on the floor while I'm doing laundry.

Not only is the really helpful, it is easy to put together. The bags are easy to take out and put back. It makes laundry so much easier to do and more convenient.

I love this hamper! It easily lives between my washer and hot water heater tank. Whenever I need to clean the floors underneath it, I easily roll it away and roll it back. I love the organization of the 3 basket. I use one for clothes, sheets or a special item(s), and towels. It's perfect! Easy and organized. My fav!

Very handy. We love that each department can be taken out separately or the whole thing wheeled to the laundry. Great for dorms
