Great replacement to 4-way saline moisturizing mist with natural eucalyptol and menthol which is no longer made.

This is by far one of the best nasal sprays I have found. I used to used 4-way's Eucalyptol/Menthol nasal spray and it disappeared years ago with no explanation from the manufacturer. I suffer from frequent sinus infections which always require strong antibiotics to knock them out which come to find out those antibiotics have bad side effects. Long story short this has helped keep my sinuses clear and so far I haven't had a sinus infection. I'm constantly using it to flush out the gunk and also run to it as soon as I start feeling that pre-infection congestion. I'm so glad to have found such a great product. Wish there was a bigger discount to buy in bulk. It will somewhat burn/sting a bit the first time that you use it and/or if you have a sensitive sinus. I don't typically write reviews but I'm sure there are other people out there that have suffered as much as I have. I was hoping to avoid having a 3rd sinus surgery to help with my issues.....and so far it hasn't let me down. If you suffer from allergies/sinus issues, give this a shot.

Absolutely love!! LOVE. My hubby has allergies -always-he said this was refreshing due to the minty mist.
