Speaker won’t charge, company won’t answer

I bought the speaker March 20th. Yesterday the charging port seemed to not be working. I tried charging it all day and it just won't charge. The port looks fine, but who knows. The main reason for the one star, however, is that the companies website states it has a one year warranty. I called multiple times and it just keeps sending my call to an automated voicemail. Not sure if they even have customer service lol. Anyhow I'll update if they resolve the issue.

I purchased this product and it stopped charging. The company sent me another one and after maybe a month, the new one stopped charging also. It seemed like a good, rugged product, but if it won't charge, you can't use it.

I got this speaker using a birthday amazon gift card a little over a year ago. The speaker is impressively loud. I've used in at the pool (floating on the little raft they include), in the shower, at the lake, on my boat, in the garage, and strapped to off road toys. The sound is clear with as much bass as can be expected out of the driver size. Bluetooth connectivity is simple with the NFC tap feature. I've also used the aux port which works just as well. I would stick to bluetooth use with the flaps closed around water.
About 6 months after I bought the speaker the bluetooth suddenly would no longer connect. I tried several devices and could not resolve the issue. I contacted [email protected] and they promptly shipped me a replacement with a return label for the malfunctioning speaker. The replacement came in a brand new box with all the accessories rather than a refurb as expected.
I have to give this guy 5 stars for cost, performance and support.

Best speaker I've ever purchased. Great sound, loud enough, and waterproof ability. Last week, we ran it over - several times with Ford & then the All Terrain Vehicle. Unbeliveable, it still works! I attached a video ran over via Ford, will bought more and recommend for friends.

I purchased this product in March of 2017, and SIX months later it would no longer charge and would not come on at all, no matter WHAT AC adaptor/USB connector I used to charge it. It would come on all of a few seconds and then power off. I was really enjoying this speaker and so disappointed that it stopped working. Shortly after expressing my disappointment in a customer comment on Amazon, a representative from the AOMAIS customer support team emailed me and offered to send me another speaker. I received a replacement speaker within a week and all is well. The speaker is working great, and my customer satisfaction has returned!
