Product has worked great for over a year. One piece went missing (plastic cap that was gone when I installed it, I probably lost it) and they immediately responded to my request for another, only asking for my address.

I have two Firstlaw Fitness I-Beam Rolling Punching Bag Mount. My I-beams are 7.25 inches wide and I have 10 foot ceilings. It is also important to note that I have exposed TJI floor joists, and manufacturer recommendations are very clear that home owners are not to drilling holes in TJI joists (very easily can compromise the integrity of your joists... and my GC agreed and strongly urged me to avoid drilling into my TJI joists). So, after much research, I decided to purchase the Firstlaw I-Beam rolling mounts, and could not be happier. My nine year son can easily move both my heavy bags (120 pound KO Muay Thai/Tear Drop bag and 150 pound Outslayer Muay Thai bag - I also have a junior KO Muay Thai bag on a tradition cheaper i-beam mount, which I do not like more many reasons). My wife loves the rolling mount system because both of my bags can be very easily moved out of the way when she is working out, lifting, doing cardio, etc. I have all three of my bags on the same I-beam and move them back and forth for training purposes. This product seems to be very well engineered and constructed, and easily installed (took me ten minutes for the first one and five for the second). I strongly recommend this product, plus it's a USA made product (PA based).

Product as advertised. The device accommodates varying I-beam widths through the use of spacer washers. Therefore if you are slightly off in your measurements you have a bit of wiggle room. Price was higher than other systems I have used. Wanted one on short notice as a result was willing to pay the premium.

Expensive, but exactly what I was looking for.

This thing works great I can move my heavy bag to the middle of the room lock it down. once I'm done move it back.
