NOTHING TO DISLIKE they are super!!

My mom suffers with GERD.. which can be pretty nasty (the effects/symptoms) but these little tabs really help her ease the burn. Ever since someone told her about it and she tried it, she said buy more. Worth it. She's also tried the super & the chlorophyll ones. These work best for her.

I like this product, use it all the time. Usually it shops wrapped in bubble wrap, but this time it was just a bubble bag. The lids are broken which means once I open them they won't stay fresh. There is no return option so I'm mentioning it here and hope Amazon ships them better next time.

I had gastric bypass surgery 20 years ago (RNY) and many times over the years have had that awful "stuck" feeling of food not wanting to stay down or pass through the esophagus area. The only thing I ever found before papaya enzymes was to drink diet coke or Adolph's meat tenderizer ( which contains papain enzymes, from papaya and pineapple to help break down meat tissues) The diet coke was acid and would work through it, making me burp, and moving the stick food through, the meat tenderizer, always my last and desperate measure, would break down the food enzymatically, but it was incredibly salty and unpleasant. I diluted it in hot water, which seemed to work better than cold. Then a friend working at a vitamin store recommended Chewable Papaya Enzymes from American Health. I just chew 3 or 4 of these, and they taste so much better than salty meat tenderizer! They the same way, and very, very rarely do I follow up with a diet soda. I gave up diet coke 3 years ago, and now have an occasional Fresca, Diet Rootbeer or Sprite zero. This stuff has changed my life dramatically. I am able to get through sometimes painful attacks of the food feeling stuck. My husband, who used to suffer from terrible, crippling heartburn, uses these after every meal to aid digestion. Radically changing what he ate, along with taking enzymes, has gotten him off heartburn medication and feeling better than ever. Highly recommended!
