Good buy for the Price.

Product worked great out of the box. I used the included sticky pads to mount sensors to our business doors. The stick pads for the magnets need to be slightly wider for a better hold on the magnet but worked well so far. Screws were included for mounting but have not been needed so far. Batteries appear to be a little difficult to replace but we will cross that road later when needed. Great product for the price. Lots of chimes with most being tunes or songs. I would prefer more short tones to choose from and less long ones. It takes a while to sort through the 52 different tunes. Still a great buy in my opinion for the price.
Eventually I got a replacement receiver and it works fine now.

Item works as designed. I had a problem with the receiver not making a sound at first. I went back and forth with the manufacturer. The 2 door sensors were lighting up but nothing came out of the receiver. It took a while since they don't have a phone number to call and you can only email them. They don't reply same day, give em a day or two and hope you don't get switched to someone else who starts the troubleshooting all over. Eventually I got a replacement receiver and it works fine now.

I bought this to put on the front and side entry doors of a small restaurant. They worked great for about 2 weeks. Then front door sensor began behaving sporadically only chiming occasionally when the door opened, then quit completely. Soon after, the side door sensor did the same thing.
The sensors still light up blue when a door is opened, but the receiver does not chime. I followed the directions to re-sync the sensors to the receiver, but no luck.
I called customer service and they walked me through the exact same steps to re-sync I had just done minutes before. Of course it still didn't work.
I'm sending the set back for a refund.

Took me no time at all to install from the box. It even came with batteries. Tested it, then stuck it to the doors. Now when I'm making dough in the back of the restaurant, I can hear if a customer comes in. Works great, and I can adjust the volume down for when I'm at the counter. Most of the chimes are obnoxious royalty-free ringtones, but the basic default chime is a standard "ding dong" type sound that works just fine and there are some others like it. There are some christmas chimes for the holiday season, so that would be the only time you might use one of the musical chimes. Or you might like hearing the nutcracker, a rooster crowing, or dogs barking, or a robot voice saying "welcome." I bought another one for the other store. This gets the job done. Enjoy.

Daughter owns bakery and needed something louder than a simple bell hanging on door to hear when customers come in. Works like a charm and the two door sensors are great. She has main front entrance and service entrance covered with this with the sound unit in the kitchen/bakery area. She is very happy with this unit.
