Works better for me than Arnica Montana and other pain relievers. Other people mentioned itching but I haven't had any problems whatsoever. I typically apply it on the bottoms of both feet. Sometimes I'll directly spray my hip or shoulder but not sure if that's necessary. After it's dried on my feet I often follow up with lotion. I use it in the evenings, which makes sleeping easier. This is my 2nd bottle. I will probably order the larger size next time.

I sleep so much better using this thing on my legs than I've ever slept in my life. It's pretty amazing actually. Yes when it initially goes on it tends to itch but it goes away and now I don't even feel it anymore. It's worth it for a good night sleep anyway. My only complaint is over time in the bottle it tends to smell stale.

I would have never believed the hype over Magnesium Oil with Aloe Vera until my husband & I actually tried it! I had read numerous articles about how Magnesium Oil could aid in RLS (restless legs syndrome); normal joint aches and pains and insomnia. Well! I sprayed the oil over my husband's knees, legs and soles of his feet and thoroughly rubbed it in. It dries so quickly. He was fast asleep in less than 15 minutes. He wasn't tossing & turning in bed all night and told me he felt well-rested the next morning. He has used it each night since and had the same results. I used it thinking it would help me fall asleep since I have insomnia. Ten minutes later I was in dreamland. No itchiness, no burning however a tingling sensation after initial application which fades away. Magic? Maybe! I'm thinking we are both magnesium deficient! But it works for us and we will reorder this product until it stops working.
