Since I wrote the first review about my disappointment with missing unlabeled parts, the customer service team contacted me immediately. They were emphatic and solved my problem of the missing screws, not by sending me 6 new screws, which I would have been completely satisfied, but instead sent me a new Zesproka Kitchen Wall Pot Rack. That's what I call concern for the customer and making sure, I was totally satisfied. My wall pot pan rack is installed, not only does it look great but functions perfectly.

Nice product but wish mounting holes were at least 16" wide so that it could be secured into the wall studs. I had to mount on the wall with one rail mounted into the stud and the other rail mounted into drywall with the supplied anchor. For the weight that I have hanging it will suffice; however, I feel that if you put all cast iron skillets hanging it would rip away from the wall especially if you do not secure it to at least one stud. Otherwise, creates plenty of room if you have limited space in your cabinets.
Better than expected.

What can I say - - I really like this pot rack. Finally we can display some decorative and useful pots within easy reach. It really dresses up the kitchen.
I also have experience with plastic anchors. I did not use the ones included and instead mounted with metal Hollow Wall Anchors that actually expand on the other side of the drywall. Very solid mount with my own anchors.

My kitchen is small buttons have a lot of pots and pans so I always tried to kept them in order. Now it not a problem anymore! Love the pot rack very much! It is a very good space saver! Also the pot rack is very easy to install, took me and my husband about ten minutes. Looks perfect in my kitchen. Definitely will recommend this to my friends.
Really poor quality metal work, find better

Starting with cons cause that most of it

Cons:
-terrible build quality
-parts don't match
-not square/level
-bad paint job
-overpriced considering how cheap it

Pro:
-cool concept, poorly executed
-arrived on time
-finally got it installed, should function for now

Arrives as 6 part plus mounting hardware. The two triangle pieces are poorly welded, different sizes/measurements, and have different hole spacings. So when you install them onto the top grate part you have to hammer on side down because its holes don't match up with the mounting bolts. One of the cross bars then popped out of its hole.

After putting it all together it wouldnt fit flush with the wall where I wanted it. Mount it to a studded Help stabilize everything. But there is no good way of making this all square and level.

Would give 1 star but I managed to bend it and mounted hard enough that it will function.

For the quality it's work less than half the current price.

Also the hooks keep coming off when I get a pot or pan. That might be user error though.
