This pan is magic! Even chicken and meat that char cook perfectly and taste like meat grilled over a fire. Vegetables also grill and taste as if they've been cooked on a barbecue grill over direct flame.

And, guess what?? This pan cleans up so well that it looks like new even after cooking meat and chicken that left my other two (now discarded) grill pans impossible to clean.

I have bought the All-Clad griddle before. What I have found that it will rank in the top tier of pans with good quality, and I recommend it. However, like all griddle pans I have used, over time the finish diminishes depending how much you use the pan and how you care for it. The griddle pan is my 'go to' pan that I pretty much use every day. The surface of the All-Clad is one of the better ones I have tried. I have learned, as part of my cleaning process, I never clean with water when the pan is hot for this will quickly warp the surface. Unfortunately, with continuous use the pan will warp anyway. If you use this pan a lot, you can expect it to warp in about 6 - 8 months. Unfortunately, although the All-Clad is a good pan, I haven't found any brand does not warp over time.
