Unit is way over priced. You can't use your iPhone 6 button when it's placed on the unit as it sits too low. The unit takes control of all your phone sounds and when you remove from the dock, you have to disconnect the blue tooth on it or you'll never hear a call coming in or an e mail or text. This docking station needs a lot of rework.
Great speakerphone, but overpriced radically.

This is a good phone, but overpriced and needs some tweaks.
1st complaint - the power charging port is so low that when you put an iphone 6S plus in there. the home button is hard to press. it sits too low so hard to get into locked phone easily
manufacturer could add some extra buttons, to get voicemail, track called ID and return calls.
Honestly, no reason this should ever cost more than $150 USD. at $249?? radically over-priced.

Stylish and has potential but needs polish and upgrades ...

My phone: Samsung Galaxy S6 (Android)
In sum, I like it but it's a product that can use some improvements. With a few upgrades and improvements, it has great potential.
Pros
- Easy to put together
- Relatively easy to set up
- Stylish; looks good on the desk
- Having a dial-tone is cool
- Easy to change options for volume and ring tone
- Pairs with phone Bluetooth easily
- Reliable so far; have taken incoming calls and placed outgoing calls
- Phone charges well; seems about same speed as USB charging from power strip
Cons
- Needs more ring-tone options or option for adding ring tones
- Digital display seems elementary; could be more polished
- Plastic construction seems a little cheap
- Speaker quality seems somewhat lacking; it's OK, but could be much better
- Handset sound quality isn't very good; really needs some work.
- Price seems a little steep for features. Hefty premium paid for design, style
- Could use a longer handset cord included with the system
Recommendations for Invoxia ...
- An upgrade for the handset seems like an absolute necessity; sound quality just isn't very good.

Not as advertised, look for better options and better customer service

The phone says it can do several things which it actually cant, for example:
- Connect to my skype account to make phone calls directly from my account in Invoxia NVX 200 (it keeps saying to restart device and doesn't work even after restarting, disconecting/connecting everything again)
- Play music via Bluetooth from your phone (I tried spotify, youtube and neither worked)
- Connect to your phone without using bluetooth (for example using the USB on the back connected directly to the cell phone), but you still need to be paired via bluetooth even when connected via USB, which is very annoying considering some clients prefer not to be overwhelmed with radiation (from cell phone bluetooth, cell phone RF signal and from invoxia phone bluetooth at the same time which may be at 30 cm away all the time x 9 hours a day everyday...)
- Customer service is non existent in invoxia.com, and they have no phone number to call them... I sent a very simple support email and 1 week after they havent even replied.. Terrible service
