Would not recommend this product. The customer service was horrible. Prior to making the purchase my assistant called and spoke to the representative and was assured that it was compatible with our system. The box even reads that it is compatible with our system, however, you have to call their customer service line and have them walk you through setting it up. My assistant stayed on hold for approx 20 minutes, then another 1.5 hours with the representative only to be told that it wasn't going to work. WE SENT IT BACK

So clear and comfy....great headphones for the phone. You might have to hook it through the receiver plug and just take the receiver off the hook to answer. Hang up the call by hanging up the receiver. I have a Toshiba phone system listed among compatible phones. If someone from the company can tell me how to use it via the headphone plug I'd appreciate it.

Purchased this headset to use with ShoreTel IP480 phone when my old headset would not. Worked immediately. My two "complaints" are the sound quality, but I'm not sure if that's my computer or not (works great with the phone) and the headband is pretty tight so sometimes I get a little uncomfortable wearing it for a while. I use this along w/ the ZoomSwitch (zms10-c) so I can listen to music and use my telelphone and the binaural headphones also keep down office noise so I can concentrate and block out the distractions.
